KBP의 뒤를 이어가는 봄이 시작될 무렵의 BMS이벤트 'PABAT!' 그 2번째인 2014 시즌입니다.
장르 및 기타 규칙에 제한없는 개인 자유 투고 방식의 bms 이벤트입니다.
작년에 이어서 PABAT지수라고 불리던 점수제도를 이번에도 도입합니다.

PABAT! Entry & regist rules (english)

You are allowed to upload any BMS that is NOT:

1. Its notes' over 50% is without keysound
2. With song that is completely copied, or plagiarized
3. Rearrangement of pre-made soundset
4. Containing audio that may cause defamation issues
5. Containing extremely explicit media (e.g. grotesque, eroticism, etc.) that may offend minors
6. May be considered to violate copyright
7. Compressed with non-standard compression method
8. Without any pattern that is not playable on either BMS player of "ruv-it" or "Lunatic Rave 2"

if the participation rules is obscure, korean rules shall prevail.

impression rules

1. 최대로 줄수있는 점수 : 100점만점
2. 초기 5 impressions 까지는 평가 점수가 50~100점 으로 제한
3. 해당 bms가 5개 평가를 초과하는 때부터 평가점수는 '중앙값-45점' 밑으로는 줄수없음
(시스템적으로 미리 줄수있는 점수가 표시 됨)
4. 익명(no name) 평가 OK !
※ 평균점수보다 중앙값을 우선으로 표시합니다.

총점순위30% + 중앙값순위60% + 평균점순위10% 를 더해서 낮은 순으로 순위를 매깁니다.
(30% Total score rank + 60% median score rank + 10% average score rank)

1위 특전 : 작품정보(제목 등)이 들어간 트로피 (음악 및 영상 참여자에게 각각 한개씩)
