You can use without having registered as a member of the most service. 1) member only : PABAT! registration, weekly score attack, submit news 2) All user : All services except for 1) and locked menu. Second. COPYRIGHT AND EXEMPTION CLAUSE The uploader has the authority and responsibility of uploaded content. We are not responsible for damage caused by the user's content. K-bms will have only maintain registration rights and rights of use only within this site. Third. CONTENT MANAGEMENT K-bms will be deleted without contact uploader if uploaded file was illegal data or copyright infringement. The deleted data is stored separately, it will be removed completely after a certain period of time. (In addition, administrator have a right it block the abnormal user.) In that case, K-bms is not responsible for the data. (Second terms) Fourth. REVENUE SHARING K-bms is a nonprofit management basically. If the revenue generated by the donation or another services, we will revenue sharing and the copyright owner. All Benefit be shared but not in the server operating costs. in any case, Revenue proportion of the copyright holder will be higher. Fifth. OBLIGATION K-bms is committed to providing reliable service. K-bms may also provide notices of changes to the terms of use or other matters by displaying news on the Site. K-bms does not provide other national and other person the personal information(ex. E-mail). (However, the request of law enforcement is an exception.) Sixth. NON-MEMBER TERMS Even if you are a non-member, Second and Third terms of use applies. Seventh. PRIORITY ORDER OF TERMS OF USE In the case of any dispute between the Korean language version of the Terms of use in other languages, the Korean language version shall prevail.

We will recommend that you use SSL to communicate personal information. · K-bms(크븜스) Privacy policy (Korean version) K-bms(이하 크븜스)는 이용약관에 동의한 회원을 대상으로 입력한 개인정보를 저장하며 이용자의 개인정보 자기결정권을 보장합니다. 데이터베이스에 저장되는 개인정보의 종류와 이용 방침과 개인정보보호를 위해 취하는 조치를 알려드립니다. 1. 수집 및 저장되는 개인정보 항목 및 수집 목적 이메일 : 회원의 로그인을 위한 식별목적으로 이용되며 사이트내에서 회원 식별을 위해 수집합니다. 로그인 기록 : 자동 로그인을 위한 쿠키 생성에 이용됩니다. ip : 작품의 평가들중 부정행위 확인시에 사용됩니다. 2. 개인정보의 보유 및 이용기간 회원이 탈퇴를 요구하기전까지 보존됩니다. 단, 아래의 이유일 경우에는 일정 기간 보존합니다. 보존 항목 : 이메일, 로그인 기록 보존 근거 : 수사기관의 동결 요구 보존 기간 : 동결해제이후 7일 비회원으로 작성되어서 남겨진 ip기록의 경우, 해당 ip사용자라는것을 이메일 등의 방식으로 본인 확인을 해주셔야 삭제가능합니다. 3. 개인정보의 파기절차 및 방법 크븜스는 회원이 탈퇴를 요구할경우 지체 없이 파기를 원칙으로 합니다. 단, 이용자가 생성한 자료에 대해서는 개인정보와 거리가 멀다고 판단하며 파기대상이 아닙니다. 등록한 게시글과 컨텐츠의 경우 탈퇴전 직접 삭제하도록 유도합니다. 파기방법으로는 해당 개인정보 항목을 쓰레기값으로 변경하는 방법 혹은 삭제를 사용합니다. 4. 개인정보 제공 및 위탁 크븜스는 수사기관의 요청을 제외하면 개인정보를 외부에 임의로 일체 제공 및 전송하지 않습니다. 제공 제의가 들어올경우 해당 이용자에게 사전 동의를 요청하며, 이 경우에도 이용자는 거절할 수 있습니다. 5. 쿠키 생성 목록 및 목적 크븜스는 이용자의 편리한 사이트 이용을 위해 소량의 쿠키를 생성합니다. 쿠키생성 및 이용중 민감한 개인정보가 들어가는것은 전혀 없음을 알려드립니다. 쿠키목록 : 언어 설정, 스크롤 고정 혹은 이동, 직전 페이지, 자동 로그인, 비회원시 등록자 자동 기록 6. SSL과 비SSL 병행운영 크븜스는 개인정보의 이동이 필요한 곳에 SSL를 이용하고있습니다. 추가로, 포트문제로 인해 SSL페이지가 열리지 않는 이용자를 위해 비SSL도 같이 운영되고 있습니다. (해당유저분들을 위해 비SSL에서도 중요정보는 자체적으로 암호화(RSA)하여 전송하고 있습니다.) 크븜스를 이용하는 유저에게 SSL페이지를 유도하도록 노력하고 있습니다.
