Hi, Lollipop here.
For this year's installment of PABAT, I've decided to submit to the Out of Competition side. I felt as though I didn't want this entry to be subject to scoring like other entries.
Though, for what it's worth, I don't think this entry would score well anyways.
This BMS continues my 'sad piano' series, which last appeared at BOFoonXV and PABAT! 2019. This time, I felt quirky enough to give it a song title in Japanese, which is a first for me.
While I think the composition has its somber elements, there's also a sense of hopefulness, a feeling of looking toward the future which I hope I was able to communicate through the music and illustration. I detuned the composition to 432hz mostly for quirky reasons, but also because I thought it sounded nice.
We are all on our own journeys; may we all be of good tidings, good fortunes, and good health.

wonderful to play. this series you have going on has a lot of character and feel to it. really enjoyed playing this BMS, as all of your compositions. literal chills throughout playing, would love to chop this up and make a beat out of it/collab at sometime. thanks for your submission again.

didn't really notice the tuning, it rather means it works perfectly i guess

しっとりした曲で、なおかつLollipopさんらしさのある作品だなぁと思いました！
あのシリーズの続きと考えるとなるほど納得、この綺麗なメロディもそりゃそうだよなぁとなりました。
楽しくプレイした後にこういう曲をやって締めたり、難しい譜面をやった後に休憩で挟んだり。そういうのにも向いている作品だと思います！

C'est du Lollipop tout craché, mais vu que j'ai un énorme faible pour ce genre de composition mélancolique je me suis dis tout de suite "Ah! J'aime bien cette ambiance". Ah et le titre me fait un peu peur ? Un chemin qui ne s'arrête jamais... Que ce soit un chemin littéral ou métaphorique je trouve ça un peu effrayant
Pour revenir à quelque chose de plus concret, je trouve cependant qu'il y a quelques confusions niveau charte. Quand la flute fait son entrée, j'aurai bien voulu que ce soit justement la flute qu'on joue dans la charte histoire de varier un petit peu puisque avant ça on ne joue que le piano.
Pareil pour ce qui vient après comme par exemple les cloches, c'est super sympa musicalement mais pourquoi pas les mettre dans la charte ?
Cela dit je reconnait que la simplicité de la charte fait que c'est très façile de se laisser absorber par la musique. Peut-être bien que c'était la meilleure chose à faire au final
